Ten supplementary questions were provided for this week's General Knowledge questions, when only six are called for in the Guidance for Question Setters. This would be a commendable effort, except that eight of the ten were previously used as supplementaries to the 2017–18 Plate Final (when the questions were also set by the Robin Hood). On that occasion, the large majority of questions 61 to 120 (the ones set by the Robin Hood) had been used as supplementaries at various times over the previous two seasons. Bizarrely (in the circumstances), the 18 supplementaries all appeared to be new.
